It was almost a wonder that he ended up in Arkham in the first place. He had heard the talks and all the different bullshit ideas. Blackgate, Belle Reve, even the idea of Guantanamo Bay had been floated at a point during the days following his capture. But, eventually, it simply decided upon to just send him off to Arkham Asylum. Let him stay there.
Let him rot.
Rot he did. The man that sat before Eddie was hardly recognizable as the anarchist that had terrified Gotham so long ago. The Joker's hair had grown even longer, and the dye that once had kept his hair a dark green seemed to have slipped away, leaving his hair with a dirty blonde coloring. His face was naked as well, leaving no traces of the makeup that was once worn by him every night.
Though he missed his face, there was no use fretting about that now, not when he had a guest. It was a few seconds before the Joker spoke. His eyes lazily gazed around the room, but eventually, they locked themselves on Eddie.
"Efff Bee Eyeee..." The Joker spelled out, choosing not to hide his boredom. Joker disregarded the question entirely, simply choosing to simply stare at the man before him. There just wasn't any excitement in meeting this man - he wasn't the first member of the FBI to visit him, and Joker was sure that he wouldn't be the last. This was all typical, really, and he simply didn't feel particularly conversational.
